Bill first joined the association in 2010 as an inaugural CEO-in-Residence with Centre4Growth. In July of 2011, Bill took the helm of the BCTIA and hasn’t slowed down since then. He is a tireless advocate for our industry, leads our strategic direction and policy initiatives, while at the same time staying in-tune and connected to our membership and community.

Cindy Pearson, Chief Operating Officer
With a history in technology associations and non-profits, Cindy brought every bit of that knowledge, excitement and dedication to the BCTIA in 2004. While her official title may be COO, we like to think of her as the glue that holds everything together. From managing day to day operations to stakeholder collaboration and policy development, Cindy wears many hats, and she wears them all well.

Patricia Russell, Office Administrator
Keeping the 9th Floor organized is not as easy as Patricia makes it look. Constantly a buzz with activity, Patricia is responsible for maintaining order on the floor, including managing room bookings, coordinating tenant events and acting as a "Jill of all Trades;" tackling the hundreds of odd jobs that come across her desk on any given day.

Incredible with a spreadsheet, Katelyn is also the undisputed arm wrestling champion of the floor, as well as the coordinator of all things Centre4Growth. Serving as the point person for Hot Desking, PODIUM, and Centre4Growth Partners, Katelyn works tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly.
