VANCOUVER, BC, May 2, 2012 – Today the BC Technology Industry Association (BCTIA) announced the finalists for the 2012 Technology Impact Awards (TIAs). Technology companies in B.C. expect to generate at least 3,000 new jobs this year, up more than 5 per cent from the year before. The biggest demand will be for software and hardware engineers, customer support staff, sales and marketing staff, and technical managers.
