CEMI has been providing consulting engineering services to clients in the mining industry and have successfully engineered several High Density Sludge (HDS) plants since 1998. During this time, CEMI has developed a reputation as an organization with exceptional understanding of water treatment, providing innovative and practical treatment solutions. Much of our work is repeat business for clients such as Placer Dome, Barrick, Compañía Minera Antamina and others. Since its inception, CEMI has completed numerous water treatment studies for mining companies and government agencies in Canada, USA (EPA, State of Colorado), Australia, Dominican Republic, Peru, Chile, and Brazil. During this time, two conventional lime neutralization plants were converted to HDS plants and several other plants was piloted, designed and engineered by CEMI. |
