Delaware Power Systems Inc. ("Delaware") is a hi-tech engineering company established in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, in 2004 by a group of professionals from automotive industry. The company is focused on designing, developing and commercializing a battery management system, which will allow mass-produced scalable Lithium Ion ("Li-ion") battery packs to be used in Electric Vehicles ("EVs").
